Bepridil, Vascor Description Bepridil is a calcium-channel blocker. Bepridil is no longer available in the United States. Bepridil can cause new, serious arrhythmias (irregular heartbeats) or worsen already existing arrhythmias, especially after a myocardial infarction (heart attack).
