Mixed interactions:

N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC)
NAC might help nitroglycerine work better, but may cause severe headaches with nitroglycerine.


Positive interactions:

Vitamin C
Vitamin C may help reduce tolerance and keep nitroglcerine effective.
