Miconazole, Monistat

Description

Miconazole is an imidazole anti-fungal agent commonly applied topically (to the skin) or mucus membranes to cure fungal infections.

Miconazole works by inhibiting the synthesis of ergosterol, a critical component of fungal cell membranes.
