The Bach Flower Emotional Health Quiz

Welcome to the Bach Flower Emotional Health and Wellness Quiz. This quiz is designed to help you choose appropriate Bach flower essence to balance your emotions. There are four different quizzes - each works on a deeper level. The best way is it to take one emotional health quiz at a time, and take only two or three of the recommended Bach flower essences at one time. After a month, take the next quiz and work on deeper issues. More information about Bach flower essences, their history and use for emotional health and wellness is on the bottom of this page.

What Are Bach Flowers?

In the 1920's and 1930's Edward Bach, a British physician, discovered that flower essences had a profound effect on balancing the emotions. He began to make flower essences by picking flowers on a warm, sunny day and placing them in a bowl of water. This would transfer the energy of the flower into the water, which would then be mixed with brandy to preserve the energy.

How do I take a Bach Flower essence?

Simply use the small dropper to place a few drops of the Bach Flower Essence on your tongue. You can also put a few drops into a glass of drinking water. The remedies may be taken several times a day, particularly if you notice a positive effect. Many people keep one or two remedies in their purse or car in case a difficult emotional state occurs.
